As the owner of Ergo in Motion, I create ergonomic solutions that help alleviate common office-related issues like back pain, neck strain, and fatigue. My mission is to improve work environments and overall health through personalized ergonomic assessments, interventions, and education.

Through my previous work at Bellin Health and Aurora, I honed my expertise to elevate patient care through innovative wellness initiatives and early intervention of office discomfort. These experiences steered me toward entrepreneurship, allowing me to integrate these competencies into my own venture. My mission is to advance better healthcare practices by prioritizing staff well-being and patient outcomes, fostering a culture that champions health and ergonomics.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy adventure racing, coaching flag football, and spending quality time with my family and Golden Doodle in Green Bay, WI. My passion is to help people heal and live their best lives, whether recovering from an injury, preventing one, or optimizing overall health.
